Just days after Sierraloaded published a story that Nigerian popular artiste, Timaya turned down collaboration request by the RFM Rapper-LAJ for his TOS3 album, the ‘money na bank’ rapper has sternly reacted.

LAJ, has just been released from prison in America on allegations of credit card and identity theft and immediately after his release, he announced collaborations with Nigerian artistes for his coming album.

It was alleged in the report he has reacted to that his rejection came as a result of his outburst in a song he released titled ‘am not guilty’ where he berated Sierra Leonean artistes that had featured Nigerian artistes.

“His outburst came at the time he was detained at Freetown’s maximum prison after it was alleged he drove in a riotous conduct, which led to the killing of three people. The rapper’s song also came about at the time Emmerson had featured a Nigerian artiste, Timaya”.,The report he has reacted to stated.

The Money na Bank rapper went on Facebook March 5 to react harshly to the news “Lol duya leh ar help una share wit una alaki news dem lmao…”

The angry rapper went on to allude his featuring of Ice Prince and Davido might have disturbed his rivals for spreading false news against him. “I gues na d ice prince confirm colabo dae disturb una so lol..only salone u dae see man dae Crack e brain just 4 make up lie news just 4 distract ppl from d good news…any way una tenki 4 d promo lol”

It is still unclear why Timaya might have rejected the collaboration. However, it was learnt that Timaya’s relationship with Emmerson (who isn’t friendly with LAJ) and the fact that L.A.J was just released from jail at the time might have fostered the decision.

Emmerson is one of the country’s top artiste best known for his revolutionary songs- he has featured Timaya in his last album. Analysts have suggested that there was all possibility that when LAJ had sent a request for a collabo to Timaya, Timaya in turn would have asked Emmerson since it’s involved a Sierra Leonean. And there was the likelihood that Emmerson would have just sent the ‘not guilty song’ by LAJ where he gimmicked the Nigerian artistes which led Timaya to turn down the request.

Analysts have wondered why the RFM rapper ran to the Nigerian artistes for his career to be resuscitated. But the RFM rapper, who is not a friend to Emmerson also posted ” ..shad out to me Broda emmerson and me neighbor timaya…from 40 yrs to 50 yrs..from deportation to timaya rejecting a colabo from King boss lol..una relax bo ar kno say una wan kno me moves una patient nor e lol..hope say una go write n share back wae d t.o.s.3 drop o..Allah Don show una all kine sign 4 show una say mortal man talk nor go put me dong but I gues now na Allah una wan question una go soba..Red flag muzik d team r reap..to me fans una tenki 4 believing in me..raaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.”

Emmerson could not be reached to ascertain whether he knew of any deals or if he was approached by Timaya on the LAJ featuring.
